Bullseye HR Candidate Documentation

Candidates who are assigned a temp placement through Bullseye HR, must complete the following forms and return to us, to enable us to process pays.

 

TIMESHEET

Pays are processed weekly with the pay week commencing on the Monday and finishing on the Friday.  You will be responsible for completing the Timesheet and faxing, or scanning/emailing it through to us by 2pm each Friday.  Pays are processed on the following Tuesday, and payday will be each Thursday.

 

BANKING DETAILS

Please indicate the details of the bank account you wish to be paid into. This form must be returned ASAP to ensure payment of wages.

 

SUPER FUND
